We are passionate about leading young people (ages 14-24) through a long-term, active, discovery process of defining their purpose and values, while discovering their gifts, passions, and skills.

Who We Are

We are a collective group of people who are committed to guiding and equipping you to experience a life that fulfills your purpose and empowers you to enjoy a life of significance. We are mentors, parents, youth leaders, etc. We are invested in helping you chart the best course for your future. Note to Parents: This initiative is not designed to displace a parent’s role, but to support it.

This effort was launched by our founder, Terry Van Winkle. Terry has been focused on helping and guiding students for more than 30 years in a wide spectrum of churches and youth organizations. He served as the first Executive Director of SWITCH, the multi-site youth ministry of Life. Church, now in 40 locations nationwide.
