  • WHY do you call it “My 360 Vision”?
    Because you choose to “surround” yourself on all sides with a full circle of supportive people, teachings, and experiences that all help you discover your unique purpose and calling in life. Your circle of support includes parents, mentors, and healthy friendships. You will learn to look inward (who am I?), upward (who is God?), back (your past experiences) and forward (your future plans). You will enjoy 360 learning experiences that are varied, fun and memorable. You will learn a 360 approach to understanding yourself through personality assessments, strengths discovery, career aptitude evaluations, etc. And finally, 360 represents “fullness and completeness”. We want you to discover what it means to experience “Life to the FULL” as Jesus explained in John 10:10
  • WHO is “My 360 Vision” designed for?
    Those who will benefit the most from completing the” My 360 Vision” plan are those who are preparing to make major life decisions about higher education, their life’s vocation, relationships, marriage, etc., The primary target group is adolescents and young adults ages 14-24.
  • What’s the Primary PURPOSE of your program?
    Our purpose (and our passion) is to lead young people through a long-term, active discovery process of defining their purpose, their values, their passions, their skills, and their talents. As they discover these unique things about themselves, their purpose in life is better understood and their vision for the future soon becomes vividly clear.
  • Why is “My 360 Vision” needed?
    Life’s biggest choices and most important decisions are made in adolescence and early adulthood. The decisions about education, vocation, relationships, and faith are critical life choices that have long-term impacts. If you make the wrong choices, or fail to take the right steps, you will fall short of your life’s potential. Discovering your life’s purpose and determining your life’s direction is foundational to living a life of significance and fulfillment. “My 360 Vision” was created to provide an intentional plan of discovery and surround you with the mentors, teaching, tools, and support necessary to move toward the best vision for your life, in order to experience the best version of your life.
  • What type of things will I do in “My 360 Vision”?
    Fun group activities…Online videos…dynamic presentations…eye-opening assessments…interesting books…meetings with mentors…outdoor adventures…enriching workshops…trying lots of new things…learning what you like…learning what you don’t like so much…making new friends…challenging yourself…charting an exciting course for your future…helping others.
  • What’s the big deal About My 360 Vision? What makes it unique?
    Even though there are already hundreds of “you can be successful” books, lots of awesome youth teachers, and even YouTube videos to teach you how to be really cool, there is still a missing piece…a system that pulls all the right people and resources together and places them around you, for an extended time, to provide guidance designed for YOU. We provide an approach, unlike any other option! We provide a custom-designed vehicle, a roadmap, curated resources, and a relational system of support to ensure your personal vision can become reality. In addition, you will learn healthy habits and practices that will keep you on a track to enjoy a life of significance.
  • What are the BENEFITS?
    Personal Growth & Development Discovery of my unique personality, talents, aptitude, and skills. Increased Confidence & Drive Mentoring by people in my life who want happiness and success for me. Creation of my personal vision and learning to proactively live my vision. Accountability to protect me from going off course or “doing stupid” Developing healthy habits, disciplines, and decision-making skills for a lifetime.   • Who benefits the most from this program?
    There are 3 groups that reap the rewards of MyVision360… Participants - the reward of creating your personal vision, defining your purpose, establishing your values, and moving forward to experience the optimal, full life God intended for you. Parents of Participants - A team of amazing people come alongside you. Peers - Yes, you want your peers to walk through this experience with you. Good friends provide encouragement, support, and advice. The biblical principle of a 3-stranded unbreakable cord (Ecclesiastes 4:9-12) is a great reminder of why you’ll want to invite your true friends to walk this path with you.
  • What are the LEARNING ENVIRONMENTS?
    A variety of settings and formats will be utilized, including, but not limited to: One-to-one mentoring, online self-study, seminars, conferences, camps, outdoor adventures, travel to sites that provide unique learning and experiences. The learning venues and experiences will be elevated each year the student is in the program.
  • What about RESOURCES?
    Vision Impact will connect its participants to resources that are curated and compatible with our values and objectives. Some examples are: TED Talks Podcasts on character-building, life disciplines, etc. Prager U videos Visioneering, Andy Stanley Atomic Habits, James Clear The Compound Effect, Darren Hardy Chazown, Craig Groeschel, Life.Church Financial Peace for Students, Dave Ramsey Various authors/leaders: Jim Rohn, Simon Sinek, Brian Tracy, Ken Costa, Darren Hardy Live teaching and presentations by community leaders, peer leaders, professionals, pop culture icons, etc.
  • What types of ASSESSMENTS will be utilized?

  • What commitment of my TIME is expected?
    The awesome thing about this program is that YOU are the one who determines the amount of time you want to invest in the process. Here are some general expectations: To do the program at a level of excellence, you should plan to spend 1-2 hours of screen time per week on the teachings and tools available to you. This provides prioritized time to read, capture video teachings, track your progress, and socially interact with other “360 Visioneers” Your frequency of meeting with a mentor will be established mutually with your mentor. You should expect to devote about 1 hour every other week to this relationship. If you pursue volunteer/service opportunities, you will be making a time commitment to these, at your discretion and for whatever amount of time you prefer. In addition, you will have opportunities each year to participate in large group experiences that range from a 1-day seminar to a 7-day trip.
  • How long does it take to go through the complete program?
    Ideally, it works most effectively to go through all the components as outlined in the 3-year track. However, there is a great deal of flexibility and you can take a little longer time or accelerate the program and complete everything in less time. The optimal point of entry is for those ages 14-16. This ensures that you have time to shape your personal vision before you make critical choices about college, trade school, relationships, job, etc. We also provide a custom learning track for those who have already started college and want to better define their life’s direction and vocation during their undergrad years. Foundational concepts are taught, reviewed, and reinforced every year. Additional assessments and expanded teaching concepts are added each year. For those pursuing a college degree, there is a specific focus on College Prep during the student’s Junior & Senior years of high school.
  • How will a “My 360 Vision” plan help prepare me for college, trade school, or life in general?"
    When you better understand your potential, your passions, and your purpose, you are better equipped to make major decisions about your education and life’s calling before you graduate from high school. If you choose to go to college, you will be exactly the type of student colleges are seeking. Also, the “My 360 Vision” plan teaches you how to qualify for scholarships, secure financial assistance, and prepare for college, well in advance. The highest benefit during college is this…you will already know who you are, what you believe, and where you are headed before your first Freshman class even starts. You won’t wander aimlessly through college, change your degree major multiple times, and spend thousands of dollars on a degree that does not support your vision, to land a job you will not enjoy. If you choose to be an entrepreneur, you will already know how to be productive, responsible, and ambitious in pursuing your goals. The life lessons and skills you learn, during your “360 Vision” experience will make you an ideal candidate to be hired by many businesses and corporations. All in all, your resume will stand out if you have completed the “My 360 Vision” plan!
